Rental Specialist Needed, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Granite Group Realty Services/Lake Area Properties is a local, professional rental agency that is seeking a licensed real estate agent to manage our established rental department. This position offers an opportunity to manage and grow an existing book of business with generous commission splits and has potential for growth.

You will work with our vacation guests (from planning the trip to leaving the property) and provide first-rate customer service during their stay. We also work hard to build long term relationships with all our homeowners to help them achieve their income objectives. Candidate must have strong customer service skills, be detailed oriented with strength in multi-tasking, have knowledge of Microsoft word, excel. Some accounting experience is preferred. Saturdays are required during the busy summer season. Critical thinking skills and self-motivation in daily routines highly desired.
