What is the New Hampshire Brokerage Relationship Form?

In New Hampshire, all real estate licenses are required to present this form to potential customers.  This form states when a licensee gives this form, you are a customer.  To create a client relationship, you would sign a specific and seperate agency agreement stating your client relationship.
